Thanks a Million!! 30th Anniversay instant ticket $1,000,000 drawing The Vermont Lottery is celebrating our 30th Anniversary and saying "Thanks a Million" with our 30th Anniversay instant ticket $1,000,000 drawing. Reveal a symbol in Game 5 on your 30th Anniversary instant ticket (game 590) and qualify to enter the drawing.  The odds of winning an entry are 1 in 13. The drawing is scheduled for November 14, 2008 with an entry deadline of November 7, 2008. Entry details are printed on the back of the tickets.  There will be 1 top prize drawn of a $1,000,000 annuity (paid in 25 annual payments) and 3 cash prizes of $10,000 each. During the month of April, with Powerball's Power Play option, players had a chance to multiply their Powerball prize winnings up to 10 times! During the month of April one of the 5Xs on the Power Play wheel was replaced with a 10X.  This meant that for an extra $1 per play, you could multiply your non-jackpot Powerball winnings up to 10 times.  The Power Play 10X was hit twice during the promotion. The official winners drawn during the Deal or No Deal Hollywood Trip Drawing held on February 15, 2008 are Elizabeth Morris of East Fairfield and Ernest Gray of Plainfield. Every three months a drawing will be conducted for cash and possibly merchandise prizes. The next scheduled drawing will take place on June 11, 2008. Any valid non-winning Vermont Lottery Instant Ticket (no matter how old) can be submitted for a second chance. Be sure to include a name and address on each ticket submitted. Winners will be notified by mail. Tickets must be mailed to: Recycle & Win, PO Box 999, South Barre, VT 05670. Entries mailed from outside the state of Vermont cannot be entered into the drawing.
