Non-Winning Vermont Lottery Instant Scratch Off Tickets

Every three months a Recycle And Win drawing will be conducted for cash and possibly merchandise prizes. The next scheduled drawing will take place on March 14, 2012.

Any valid non-winning Vermont Lottery Instant Ticket (no matter how old) can be submitted for a second chance. Be sure to include a name and address on each ticket submitted.

Winners will be notified by mail. Tickets must be mailed to: Recycle & Win, PO Box 999, South Barre, VT 05670.
